This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of the petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Janti P.S. Case No.224 of 2020 arising out of T.R. Case No.241 of 2020 pending in the Court of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar for offence punishable under sections 21(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act in filing the petition under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the event of his arrest. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and keeping in view the nature of accusation as to the role of this Petitioner as those emanate from the materials on record, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
