Considering the urgency shown but however keeping in view the long pendency of R.P. No.117/2016 before the Competent Authority, this Court permits the Petitioner to file an application showing urgency for expeditious hearing of R.P.No.117/2016 within ten days from today and in that event O.P.1 is directed to undertake an exercise for expeditious hearing of the Proceeding involved within a period of two weeks thereafter.
