1. The Commissioner, Berhampur Municipal Corporation, will consider the representation forwarded by the Additional District Magistrate, Ganjam, Chatrapur to him under cover of letter dated 16.12.2021(Annexure-1 series) and after giving the Petitioner a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon by him not later than 1st November, 2022. Copy of the order should be sent to Opposite Party No.2 forthwith for compliance. Opposite Party No.2 will intimate the Petitioner the date of hearing at least seven days in advance.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

3. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. A copy of this order be sent to Opposite Party No.2 forthwith for compliance.
