2. Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.1 has categorically stated that the petitioner, M/s. BRG Iron & Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd. has been liquidated and the liquidator has paid the opposite party-workman the entire award, as such this writ petition has become infructuous for the aforementioned event.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

4. None appears for the petitioner, when the matter is called out.
