Even though a lot of argument have been made establishing Order No.

that there is valid transfer of money in favour of the eligible person, however, there is no document to establish such submission. This Court, therefore, does not like to entertain the halfhearted Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a better petition with proper documents.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
