This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

In view of the memo filed by leaned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application of the petitioner.

It is alleged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was kept in police custody unauthorizedly for ten days. When the bail application was filed before this Court, this Court directed to find out as to whether the petitioner was arrested or not. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the order of this Court, the petitioner was arrested and forwarded to the judicial custody.

In such view of the filing of memo, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn.
