This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.9532 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 10.08.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner no.2Sukanta @ Santosh Behera has one criminal antecedents of similar nature. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that it be added in the last line of the paragraph-5 of the order dated 10.08.2022 the petitioner no.2Sukanta @ Santosh Behera has "more than one criminal antecedents of similar nature", rest part of the order shall remain intact. It is further directed that the petitioner no.2-Sukanta @ Santosh Behera

// 2 // can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 15th of September, 2022. 6.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
