In compliance of the order dated 25.11.2022, Ms. Parul Patawari-Collector & District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur appears in person and has produced the letter no.17727/Estt. dated 27.11.2022 addressed to the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack wherein it has been stated as follows:- "Sub:- Compliance of the order dated 26.07.2022 of Hon'ble High Court passed in W.P.(C) No. 17122 of 2019.
Ref: Memo No. 63374/dated 25.04.2022 of the Additional Government Advocate.
Sir, With reference to the subject and letter cited above, I am to say that, pursuant to the orders dated 26.07.2022 and subsequent orders passed in W.P.(C) No. 17122 of 2019 filed by the Pramod Kumar Nayak-vrs- State of Odisha & Others and letter No. RDM-NGEC-CASEAT-0124-201540228/R&DM., dated. 27.11.2022 of the Government of Revenue & Disaster Management Department, the services of Sri Pramod Kumar Nayak currently working in District Panchayat Office, Jagatsinghpur have been regularized vide this office No. 17723 dated 27.11.2022

This may be brought to the kind notice of the Hon'ble High Court on 28.11.2022, the date of which the aforesaid Writ case has been adjourned."

Perusal of the aforesaid letter addressed to the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack would evident that the Collector & District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur has unequivocally stated in the said letter that she has already regularized the service of the petitioner.

In the above view of the matter, since the order of this Court has already been complied with, the writ petition stands disposed of.
