Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition and issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opp. parties to show cause as to why a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued directing the Opp. party No.3 (i) To provide adequate compensation to the Petitioner.
(ii) To provide all such benefits to the family of the Petitioner as is entitled to displaced family with reference to the provisions incorporated under the Right of Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.
(iii) If the Opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause, to make the said Rule absolute; and
(iv) To pass such other order/orders and to issue such other writ/writs as would afford complete relief to the petitioner."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-4 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
