This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Learned counsel for the State submits that since the petitioner no.2-Minati Tada has been taken into custody during the pendency of this ABLAPL.

This application so far as petitioner no.2-Minati Tada is concerned, has become infructuous, the same is disposed of accordingly.

Heard Mr. B.P. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Rajesh Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner No. 1-Gandhi Tada is concerned, he is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 3388 of 2020, arising out of Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 307 of 2020 pending

in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 341/323/294/307/34, IPC.

It is stated by learned counsel for the State that, the injuries suffered by the victim is simple in nature. 7.

Taking in to account, the nature of the allegation against petitioner no-1- Gandhi Tada and the role played by the petitioner, this Court directs that, the petitioner No.1 shall be released on bail, in connection with C.T. Case No. 3388 of 2020, arising out of Nayapalli P.S. Case No. 307 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, on surrendering within three weeks hence, the terms and conditions as to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
