It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 9247 of 2020 (Srikanta Kumar Behera v. State of Odisha and Ors), which was disposed of vide order dated 20.12.2022. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the judgment dated 20.12.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 9247 of 2020 (Srikanta Kumar Behera v. State of Odisha and Ors), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
