2. Heard Mr. J. Samantaray, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party-Bank.
3. A memo filed in Court today along with the order passed by the Authority, wherein the Petitioner has been allowed to continue at Bhubaneswar as before. The said memo along with the order be kept on record.
4. In view of the order passed by the Opp. Party allowing the Petitioner to continue at Bhubaneswar, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ Petition.
