Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order of cognizance dated 3rd December, 2013 passed in ICC Case No.110 of 2013 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Soro.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be given liberty to raise all the grounds which have been taken at the time of framing of charge before the learned court below and with the above observation, the petition may be disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the CRLMC is dismissed but granting liberty to petitioner to raise all the grounds while seeking discharge.
