This Writ Petition has been filed by the residents of the particular Village. Even though there is no objection to the construction of the road under the PMGSY Scheme following the publication at page 9 of the brief, Mr. Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate alleges that even though there was a plan for making two side drains in the ongoing project, but the construction of the road is being undertaken without having such drain facilities. It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioners have already made a representation to the Collector, Bhadrak, which is claimed to be pending. 2.

Considering the submissions of the parties and since the objection of the Petitioners is pending consideration of the Collector, Bhadrak, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Collector, Bhadrak to look into the request of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2(series) and find-out; whether the ongoing construction is being undertaken following the publication at page 9 & 10 of the brief

// 2 // more particularly at Annexure-1(series) or not? and thereafter do the needful in accordance with law.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners.
