1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties/State for publishing regular advertisement for the post of Special Educators or Special Teachers in different Primary Schools.

4. This Court does not have power to issue such kind of direction to the Government. If the petitioner so desires, he is at liberty to approach the Government with a fresh representation.

5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdrawn the Writ Petition unconditional.
