This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 505 of 2022 arising out of Barkote P.S. Case No. 180 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Deogarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 406/420 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Deogarh by Order dtd.13.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that alleging non-disbursal of their share of compensation in land acquisition proceeding the F.I.R. was

lodged. It is submitted that in the meanwhile Charge Sheet has already been filed.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and filing of charge-sheet, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.

8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
