Mr. Balkrishnan, learned advocate appears on behalf of alleged contemner and submits, there has been compliance as evidenced by writing dated 31st December, 2021 of applicant. He tenders unqualified apology on behalf of his client for delayed compliance. 2.
Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and points out from order dated 4th December, 2020, directions in which were to be complied. He submits, his client is a poor farmer and Crop Insurance money was to be given written two months from 4th December, 2020 but was paid just on 31st December, 2021 and the writing obtained by alleged contemner.

There has been delayed compliance. It appears that the delay was at instance of alleged contemner. However, since the money has been paid Court accepts the apology.
