This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for S&ME Department produced the instruction received from Block Education Officer, Bahanaga dated 17.05.2019, wherein pursuant to the letter dated 08.11.2018 of the Government, S&ME Department, letter dated 20.11.2018 of D.E.E., Odisha and letter dated 07.01.2019 of D.E.E., Odisha, the order dated 03.03.2015 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack in O.A. No. 802 (C) of 2015 has already been complied with and the TBA under ORSP Rules 1998 and ACP under ORSP Rules 2008 in favour of Opposite Party No.1 has already been re-fixed taking the service w.e.f. the date of appointment as Assistant Teacher, i.e. 18.08.1976 and the subsequent increments after fixation of TBA and ACP are sanctioned in favour of Opposite Party No.1. 3.

In view of such position, since the Petitioners have already complied the direction of the Tribunal, nothing more remains to be

adjudicated by this Court at this Stage.

Accordingly, in terms of the instruction received by learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education Department, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
