Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.208 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C. Basta, arising out of Singla P.S. Case No.68 of 2022 for commission of alleged offences under Sections 365/ 342/ 323/ 325/ 307/ 379/354/506/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of the Arms Act. 3.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Balasore, by order dated 26.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the manner in which the offence has been committed notwithstanding the filing of charge sheet in view of the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Accordingly the same stands rejected.
