It is strange to observe that even after adjudication of the Order No.
dispute by the competent authority thereby directing for maintaining the record of rights in particular manner vide Annexure-3 and also even after confirmation of the said order in appeal since 19.04.2011, the record of rights is yet to be corrected in terms of such adjudication. This Court finds, there is no reason in not undertaking a suo motu exercise for making necessary corrections in the record of rights by the competent authority for there is already legal adjudication of the matter. This Court finds strange in the action of the competent authority in sitting over such matter for over eleven years and forcing people to come to the High Court involving that issue. This Court, therefore, while expressing its anxiety on this issue, directs the Tahasildar to undertake necessary exercise depending on the development through Annexures-3 & 4 and complete the required exercise for correction in the record of rights including uploading of
// 2 // the same in the Website at least within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. This order is, however, subject to a condition that there is no pendency of any such litigation involving this issue in higher forum and there is also no operation of any interim order involving this issue. 2.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order. 3.
