Considering the oral prayer made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the learned counsel for Petitioner to make necessary correction in the cause title of the Writ Petition in Court today.

Considering the innocuous prayer made by the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the Demarcation Case No.176 of 2021 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this Writ Petition so also the documents appended thereto and also involving the parties likely to be affected.

3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
