This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 185/37 of 2022(POCSO) arising out of Kegaon P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna by Order dtd.26.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking note of 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim which is on record and the filing of Charge Sheet on
25.05.2022 and period of custody from 27.03.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
The BLAPL thus stands disposed of.
