Heard Mr. R.N. Panda, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that though the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of eviction, however in the meantime, the Petitioner has already been evicted.
