Heard Mr. G.Muduli, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. H.M.Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after hearing directing the Opp. Party No.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners under Annexure-2 within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court to be settled the distressed unemployed qualified family members in the Mega Pipe Water Supply Project at Talcher and Kanhia Block and if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or so insufficient and false cause and allow this writ petition with cost".

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representation to Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
