This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Order dated 18th May, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by learned 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge, Cuttack in IA No.1 of 2021 (arising out of CS No.31 of 2011) is under challenge in this CMP, whereby learned trial Court rejected an application under Order XXXIX Rule 7 CPC.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel, in course of hearing submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this CMP and prays for withdrawal of the same.

In view of such submission, the CMP is dismissed as not pressed.
