The prayers are too broad and sweeping and not directed at any particular instance. Consequently, even if the Court were to allow the prayers, no effective implementation of its directions would be possible. Accordingly, leaving it open to the Petitioner to bring before the Court specific instances of violation of the fundamental right to health, the writ petition is disposed of.
