1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 01.11.2022 both the Parties along with their respective counsels are present before this Court today.

3. This Transfer Petition was filed on the ground that the concerned Family Judge at the relevant point of time was acting against the interest of the Petitioner and passed some orders back behind her.

4. However, it is submitted in the Bar that concerned Family Judge is no matter there and he has been transferred in the meantime.

5. In view of such position, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press the present transfer petition.
