The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties-Bank to consider his application for reschedule of Loan Account No.OCCO2195D by adding over dues as a fresh loan and to defer the payment by extending the loan period of two years more and deliver possession of the vehicle bearing Registration No.OD-O5-AQ-7009 to the Petitioner.

The prayer made herein cannot be granted in a writ petition. It is, however, observed that after release of the vehicle, the Petitioner did not comply with the conditions imposed by the Bank in terms of order passed in W.P.(C) No.88 of 2022.
