Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is a serious allegation that even after remand of R.P. Case No.266/2007, the Competent Authority is not proceeding further and the matter is unnecessarily pending since 2010. Taking serious note of the allegation, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the O.P. to find if Misc. Case No.31/2010 is still pending after the remand order being passed, in such event the O.P. has to complete the entire exercise involving the Parties concerned at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
