This writ petition has been filed assailing the in action of Opposite Parties in settling the land in Plot Nos.4457, 4458 and Plot No.619 under Khata No.224 situated in mouza Jiringpada in the district of Kandhamal in name of the Petitioner in view of the notification dated 11th January, 2022 issued by the Government under Raiyati status and issuing R.O.R. in his name. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. In support of his contention, he has filed a memo (at Flag-M) on 8th March, 2022.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
