Mr. Shakti Sekhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 19.7.2019 passed in CONTC No. 318 of 2019 along with order dated 9.10.2017 passed in W.P.(C)No.20480 of 2017 have been complied with and the benefit of counting of past service towards grant of career advancement scale has been extended.

3. In view of the above, disposed of as infructuous.

4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated P.T.O.
