Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early admission of the R.C. Case No.43 of 2021 before the learned Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken within a period of one week thereafter for admission of the R.C. Case No.43 of 2021.
