This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for bail in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No.211 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.89 of 2021, pending in the file of learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Berhampur, for commission of alleged offences under Sections 376(AB)/506/354 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties. Perused the case records.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been acquitted in the above case, therefore, the bail application has become infructuous.

In such view of the matter, the BLAPL stands disposed of as infructuous.
