This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

Mr. Rajjeet Roy, Advocate and his associates enter appearance on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3-Bank and file Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

The sole grievance raised is that in spite of loan account having been closed upon liquidating the outstanding liability in the month of June 2021, the Axis Bank, Main Branch, BhubaneswarOpposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 have taken no steps to get the classification as NPA deleted from the records of Credit Information Bureau of India Limited (CIBIL)/Opposite Party No.4. Upon notice, Mr. Sibanikanta Mahapatra, Asst. Vice President RB-Collection & Underwriting has made categorical statement that soon after the amounts overdue were deposited in

// 2 // July, 2021, the loan account was upgraded to a standard account and Opposite Party No. 4-CIBIL was duly intimated of the said development. He further states that upon deposit of the entire outstanding liability in the month of December, 2021, the loan account stands liquidated and closed since January, 2022. The said fact has also been intimated to the Opposite Party No. 4 for necessary correction in their records.

It is also given out that at times it takes three to six months by CIBIL to make necessary correction in their CIBIL report. 4.

In view of the aforesaid stands, counsel for the Petitioner concedes that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 6.

We are persuaded to acknowledge and appreciate the sincere cooperation and prompt good work extended by Mr. Sibanikanta Mahapatra, Asst. Vice President RB-Collection & Underwriting in the listed cases before us relating to his jurisdiction.
