This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the Petitioners seeking correction in the name of the father of Petitioners.

Considering the submissions made, prayer is allowed. 4.

Let the correction be carried out in the cause title of the petition in Court today.

Accordingly, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 11.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court

// 2 // within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
