Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue Rule NISI to the Ops to show cause as to why the impugned inquiry report dtd.10.12.2021 in Annexure-4 shall not be quashed.

And on their failing to show cause or showing insufficient cause issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned inquiry report dtd.10.12.21 in Annexure-4".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of one week hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.2 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of one month. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
