None appears for the petitioner at the time call. 3.

When the matter was listed on 24.12.2021, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to today (04.01.2022). But today when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner.

Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the recession order dated 02.06.2015 under Annexure21, so far as it relates to imposition of penalty, as well as Annexure-15 dated 16.12.2014 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for labour enhancement.

Since action so taken is in accordance with the contract, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
