Heard Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction Mr. Dhal submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Pipili P.S. Case No.101 of 2022, Final Report No.191 dated 15.05.2022 has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court indicating the case to be a mistake of fact, Mr. Rout submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file a protest petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition and it is made clear that in case such a petition is filed before the jurisdictional Court, the said Court is directed to proceed with the same in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
