Against the interim order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No. 2079 of 2015, the State and its functionaries have approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition. In the meantime, the main case, i.e., WPC (OA) No. 2079 of 2015 has been disposed of vide order dated 27.06.2022.

In the above view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition.
