Heard learned counsel for Petitioners and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Under the above facts and circumstances it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to file show cause as to why the report of the In-House Committee under Annexure-6 shall not be considered by the Board of Directors for approval and as to why the representations of the petitioners under Annexure-3 series & 7 shall not be considered at an earliest and if the Opp.Parties failed to file show cause or shown insufficient cause the Rule may be made absolute against the Opp.Parties".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-7-Series to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he
// 2 // prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
