This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.569 of 2022, on the files of learned J.M.F.C. Betnoti, arising out of Baisinga P.S. Case No.198 of 2022, under Sections 379/34 of IPC turned to Section 394 of IPC and in custody since 13.07.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Vigilance), Baripada, by order dated 28.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed and substantial recovery of the amount involved, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on

such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Keeping in view his criminal antecedents, this Court directs that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once every week till the submission of final form. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
