The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to remove the unauthorized occupation made by opposite parties no.5 to 8 by following due procedure. 3.

At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if the petitioner is so advised.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
