02. 1. This matter is taken up through Virtual Mode.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present contempt has become infructuous as the order dated 22.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(CRL) No.43 of 2019 has been complied with inasmuch as the petitioner has been released from detention after quashing of the order of the preventive detention dated 18.02.2019.
3. In view of the above submission, the contempt proceedings are dropped.
4. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's
