Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) In view of the above facts and circumstances it is most humbly prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this writ petition and direct the Opp. Party NO.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner in view of the resolution dated 16.10.2020 of the Panchayat Samiti and further be pleased to allow the Petitioner to continue in the post of Class-IV worker;

And also may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Parties to pay all the service as well as the financial benefits to the Petitioner". 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 25.11.2021 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to

// 2 // opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
