This is an application for change of nomenclature of this case to one CRLMP.

Considering the grounds taken in the I.A. and on the request of the petitioner that there is necessity to change the nomenclature of this case to one CRLMP, this Court directs the Registry to change the nomenclature of this case from W.P.(C) to one CRLMP and after further stamp reporting, list the same before the assigned Bench. 3.
