2. In terms of the order dated 06.07.2022 as passed by us, the statement of the victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. In the said statement, the victim girl has categorically stated that she was not kidnapped by any one. She left the house of the petitioner voluntarily and on completion of 18 years of age, she has married one Naren Samantaray and presently, she has been living in her matrimonial home.

3. In view of the above development, this proceeding stands closed and disposed of.

4. Mr. R.N. Mohanty, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. S.S. Kanungo, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appears for the State.
