Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel Mr. S. Jena has appeared for the opposite parties including the informant.

Affidavits have been filed by the informant and the victim/injured, in which they have stated that the matter has been settled amicably on compromise between the parties, which is subject matter of C.T. Case No.135 of 2009, arising out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2008, on the file of learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Jagatsinghpur.

Taking into account such affidavit and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir alias Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and others v. State of Gujurat and another reported in AIR 2017 SCC 4843, the proceeding in connection with C.T. Case No.135 of 2009, on the file of learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court, Jagatsinghpur, arising out of Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.15 of 2008, stands quashed in respect of the present petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
