The petitioner, who has been working as Principal In-charge of Kuchinda College, Kuchinda in the district of Sambalpur, has filed this writ petition challenging the inaction of the opposite party Nos. 1 and 2 in considering his representation dated 12.04.2021. The representation of the petitioner relates to financial power to be delegated to him.

3. In view of the order passed today in vacating the status quo order passed on 08.03.2021 in W.P.(C) No.8877 of 2021 and disposing of the said writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
