IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK

W.P (C) No. 17252 of 2019 Mamata Bidhar .....

Petitioner Mr. K.P. Mishra, Sr. Counsel along with Mr. L.P. Dwivedy, Adv.

Vs.

State of Odisha and others .....

Opposite Parties Mr. S. Jena, Standing Counsel S&ME

CORAM:

DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI MR. JUSTICE S.K. MISHRA

ORDER

12.08.2022 Order No.

07.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2.

Heard Mr. K.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. L.P. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner may be granted liberty to revive W.P.(C) No. 20402 of 2010 by recalling of the Order dated 16.05.2019. But fact remains, the Petitioner has already been granted liberty to revive the said Writ Petition (W.P.(C) No. 20402 of 2010) within thirty days, while disposing of the said Writ Petition by Order dated 16.05.2019. Admittedly, W.P.(C) No. 20402 of 2010 was filed challenging the very same Order, which is impugned in this Writ Petition. As such, this Court granted liberty to the Petitioner to revive that Writ Petition (W.P.(C) No. 20402 of 2010) instead of pursuing the present Writ Petition. 4.

In the above view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
