Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a Contempt Petition alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 7.1.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.23128 of 2015. This Court finds, as per the direction dated 7.1.2016, the matter was directed to be posted to 27.1.2016 and interim order was allowed to continue till 27.1.2016. From the order-sheet dated 27.1.2016, it appears, the matter was simply adjourned but there has been no extension of the interim order. Further even though six years have passed in the meantime, there is even no filing of application for continuation of the interim order during this time. There is no attempt for extension of interim order and the Contempt Petition was filed on 3.2.2016 when there was no interim order at all. 3.

Under the circumstance, the Contempt Petition does not lie and stands dismissed.
